Good stuff! I tend to enjoy how I feel after all of them.
But you can’t bring them to the table with you.
When the emotions show up, you either have the tools to be able to stay present and accept them as they happen, or you don’t.
It doesn’t matter how regulated your dopamine was this morning.
If you can’t do it when it matters, you’re cooked.
